SCOPE:

Third-party review of temporary works for the renovation of a former dormitory into a comprehensive student wellness facility.

The project balances preservation of the mid-century exterior design of the original building while providing energy performance upgrades via modernized MEP systems and high-quality window replacements. We provided peer review and site oversight of temporary systems, helping mitigate structural risk and improve cost and schedule certainty through targeted design recommendations.

We provided third party review, including peer review and site review, of all installed temporary works.

Dave Douglas was the Project Executive and Lead Structural Engineer.
