New York, NY | 2024–2026

SCOPE:

Structural engineering for rooftop infrastructure upgrades to 11 Madison Avenue, formerly known as the Metropolitan Life North Building: a landmark building listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The project required careful coordination of heavy equipment installation within an occupied building. We developed structural solutions to safely support temporary loads and construction operations without disrupting executive spaces below.

OUR ROLES:

Dave Douglas was the Project Executive and Lead Structural Engineer.
