American Dream Waterpark

East Rutherford, NJ | 2015–2020

SCOPE:

Construction engineering leadership for the largest indoor waterpark and largest indoor wavepool in North America, part of a $5B retail and entertainment complex.

We supported complex concrete construction and logistics across a highly irregular structural system with dense coordination between trades. Through detailed 3D modeling of reinforcement and waterstop systems, the team ensured constructability and watertight performance, enabling on-time and on-budget delivery.

OUR ROLES:

Dave Douglas was the full-time Technical Advisor for Concrete Construction and Logistics; and Project Manager in latter years of the project.
