343 Madison Avenue – Phase 1 Enabling Works

SCOPE:

Third-party review of complex temporary works supporting early phases of a major commercial development connected to the Grand Central Madison concourse.

We contributed to the design and review of critical protection systems, including temporary walls, excavation support, and work platforms within an active transit environment. The work enabled safe construction adjacent to sensitive infrastructure while maintaining continuous public use.
